Default roles

N-able N-central includes a number of default roles to get your users up and running quickly. You can also create new roles or clone the defaults roles as a starting point. For more information, see What are roles.

These roles replace the previous Product Administrator, SO Admin/Tech/User, Admin User, Customer Dashboard User, and Remote Control User accounts.
